By creating an account or using the SYNC platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.
You must be 18 or older to use SYNC. By creating an account, you confirm you are 18+. We reserve the right to require ID verification at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be confirmed.
You are responsible for your account. Keep your credentials secure. You may not share accounts or create accounts on behalf of others. You may only have one account — multiple accounts will be banned.
You own your content. By posting it on SYNC, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and moderate it as necessary to provide the service. We don't claim ownership of your photos, bio, or messages.
You must not post: illegal content, impersonations, CSAM, content that violates another person's privacy, or content that violates our Community Guidelines.
The AI Wingman provides suggestions only. We are not responsible for outcomes from conversations you have using or ignoring AI suggestions. The AI does not represent us as a party in any conversation or meeting arranged through SYNC.
SYNC Pro is a recurring subscription. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 7 days of charge if you haven't used more than 5 AI messages. Subscriptions via App Store are governed by Apple's terms; via Google Play by Google's terms.
SYNC is a platform connecting consenting adults. We are not responsible for in-person meetings arranged through the platform, for the accuracy of user-provided information, or for damages arising from user-to-user interactions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
We can suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without notice depending on severity. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription period already paid.
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction TBD pending lawyer review]. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration except where not permitted by law.
We'll notify you before making material changes to these terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
