Intent modes, the Reveal, real-time text chat, a privacy-first map, block and report. Some features are built but switched off for the beta: the AI conversation helper, events, communities, separate ❤️/🔥 profiles, photo albums and any paid plan.
Backend
Live
Supabase database in Frankfurt with row-level security, sign-in, real-time messaging and private photo storage. The Reveal and location snapping run on the server.
Moderation + safety

Automated image moderation, a report queue, and an admin panel with an audit log. Still to come before any public launch: child-abuse image hash-matching.

Australian Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are drafted. A solicitor's review is planned before any public sign-ups.

Most startups hide their real numbers until they're impressive. We think that's backwards. If you're considering using SYNC, betting your social life or your Saturday night on it, you deserve to know exactly where we are.
The frontend is real and polished. The backend doesn't exist yet. We're building it. This page will update monthly as things change. Honesty is the product.
